喷雾参数对闪蒸冷却换热效果影响的数值研究 被引量:5

Numerical Study on the Effect of Spray Parameters on Heat Transfer Performance of Vacuum Flash Evaporation Cooling

摘要 真空闪蒸冷却是利用液体工质在真空环境下迅速闪蒸吸热的特点来冷却加热表面的新型冷却方式,其充分利用工质潜热,散热能力强,在航天热控方面有广阔的应用前景。本文用数值研究了喷雾张角、喷雾高度、喷雾压力对水工质闪蒸冷却换热效果的影响。研究结果表明:喷雾压力越大、高度越小,发热表面温度越低,换热量越大,表面温度不均匀性越小;30°喷雾张角比60°换热效果好。本文的研究结果为闪蒸器的优化设计提供了理论基础。 Vacuum flash evaporation Cooling(VFEC) is an advanced spray cooling technique in evaporation mode in the vacuum environment.Due to its advantages of small size,light weight and high heat flux removal capacity,VFEC has become a promising alternative thermal control system in spacecraft engineering.This paper studies the effect of spray parameters such as spray angle,spray height,and spray pressure on the heat transfer performance of VFEC numerically.The results indicate that as the spray pressure increases and the spray height decreases,the heating surface temperature decreases,the heat removal increases,and the uniformity of surface temperature decreases;heat transfer performance of spray angle of 30° is better than that of 60°.The results of this paper would lay theoretical foundation for the application of vacuum flash cooling into the aerocraft thermal control system.
