子宫肌瘤60例剔除术临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Uterine Myomectomy

目的探讨分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术和开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法对60例子宫肌瘤患者将其依照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组患者实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,而对照组患者实施开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比两组患者的临床指标和疗效。结果治疗组患者的术中出血量显著少于对照组,且手术时间、排气时间以及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后发生并发症人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜下剔除术临床疗效显著,能够提高康复率,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze laparoscopic-assisted myomectomy and clinical effect of laparotomy myomectomy. Methods 60 cases of patients with uterus myoma divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group accepted laparoscopic-assisted myomectomy, while control group received laparotomy myomectomy, to compare clinical indicators and curative effect between two groups. Results Bleeding volume, operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time in treatment group were obviously shorter than control group（P〈0.05）. Postoperative complications in treatment group were significantly less than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out laparoscopicassisted myomectomy for patients with uterus myoma can obtain remarkable curative effect, improve the recovery rate, reduce incidence of complications, it was worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
