神经阻滞麻醉在全膝关节置换术后镇痛中的观察和护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用神经阻滞麻醉在全膝关节置换术后的镇痛观察和护理效果。方法通过选取我院2013年6月至2014年6月入院做人工膝关节置换(TKA)患者21例作为临床观察对象,经患者同意,试验组12例应用股神经阻滞镇痛技术,另外9例为对照组。分别对试验组和对照组患者在术后疼痛VAS评分和术后关节活。采用SPSS 19.0作为统计分析软件,t检验比较所有术前术后患者评分无显著差异。结果全膝关节置换术应用股神经阻滞镇痛技术的疼痛(VAS评分)和术后膝关节活动度情况与对照组9例患者比较,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论股神经阻滞麻醉在全膝关节置换术后具有减轻患者疼痛的作用,并能够使患者恢复较快,减少住院天数。
