领导关系角色的类型——基于权力来源和行为对象的视角 被引量:2

A Typology of the Leader and Employee Guanxi Roles: Based on the Sources of Power and the Behavioral Orientations

摘要 中国社会是"关系"社会已是广大学者的共识,其"关系"文化是管理学研究者不容忽视的管理要素。领导与员工的关系是组织中最重要的关系,识别领导的关系角色成为重要的课题之一。我们通过对传统领导理论研究成果的总结,识别了这些理论背后的基本思想,发现权力作为领导影响力的重要来源,也是形成组织中领导关系角色的关键要素之一,却尚未被纳入到领导理论类型的角度进行分析。本文根据领导行为背后的两大关键要素:权力来源和领导的行为对象,提出把领导关系角色分为四种类型:理想型、支持型、工具型和无为而治型,以待后期对该分类类型进行进一步实证研究。 It is well known that the "Guanxi" has significant influence in Chinese society, and "Guanxi" Culture is an important issue that the management researchers cannot ignore. We thus focus on the leader and employee Guanxi roles in the leadership theory. We find that power has not yet been incorporated into leadership theory. The power is not only the source of the leaders influencing employees but also the key elements of the organization's leadership in the formation of the "Guanxi" . Based on the two key elements: the sources of power and the leader' s behavioral orientations, we proposed that there are four types of the leadership Guanxi role: the ideal, supportive, instrumental, and inattentive types. Empirical researches investigating these leader and employee Guanxi roles are highly desirable in the future.
