摘要
本文从劳动关系的社会心理学视角出发,对集体行动的理论取向和一系列前因变量进行了梳理,并在双路径模型的基础上建构了劳资博弈过程中集体行动的动机模型。试图从一般心理机制的角度解释劳资博弈背景下个体参与到集体行动中的动机激活过程。最后,使用典型的集体行动案例对模型的应用性和本土化意义进行了讨论。
From the perspective of social psychology in labor relations, the author construct a motivation model of collective action in the game of labor and capital on the basis of dual-path model, after integrated the theory of collective action and its antecedent variables, The paper also explains the activation process of motivation for individual participation from the perspective of general psychological mechanism in collective action under the conflict background. Finally, a typical case of collective action is used to discuss the application and significance of the model.
