自拟加味缩泉丸治疗伴隐性脊柱裂小儿遗尿症37例疗效观察

Efficacy of self-made Jiawei Suoquan pills in children with enuresis with spina bifida occulta in children: an analysis of 37 cases

目的:观察自拟加味缩泉丸治疗伴隐性脊柱裂小儿遗尿症(肾气不足型)的临床疗效。方法:将67例伴隐性脊柱裂遗尿症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组37例采用自拟加味缩泉丸治疗,对照组30例采用中成药夜尿宁丸治疗,服药期间忌食生冷辛辣之品,睡前2h不喝水、不吃水果,治疗1个月后对疗效进行对比观察。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.6%,对照组为76.7%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组治疗后遗尿次数、睡眠深度及伴随症状积分比较,治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟加味缩泉丸治疗伴隐性脊柱裂小儿遗尿症(肾气不足型)疗效明显优于中成药夜尿宁丸。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiawei Suoquan pills in children with enuresis（ insufficiency of kidney qi） with spina bifida occulta. Methods： A total of 67 children with enuresis and spina bifida occulta were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 37 children in the treatment group received self-made Jiawei Suoquan pills,and the 30 children in the control group received the Chinese patent drug Yeniaoning pills. During administration,raw,cold,or spicy food was inhibited,and the children did not drink or eat fruits within 2 hours before going to bed. The efficacy was compared after 1 month of treatment. Results：The overall response rate showed a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（ 94. 6%vs 76. 7%; P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower frequency of enuresis,a significantly lighter sleep,and a significantly lower score for associated symptoms compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with Yeniaoning pills,self-made Jiawei Suoquan pills have better efficacy in the treatment of enuresis（ insufficiency of kidney qi） with spina bifida occulta in children.
