一种车辆故障警示机器人的设计与实现

摘要 论文提出了一种采用合页式结构配合同步带传动的车辆故障警示机器人,该机器人可实现三种状态的相互切换。以ATMEGA128单片机为控制器,利用2.4G无线模块与上位机进行通信,通过CDS5500数字舵机驱动同步带来实现机器人的前进转弯等动作;同时采用红外传感器进行壁障。利用Solidworks建立了该机器人的3D模型,并制作了实物样机。该机器人实现了几乎零操作便可以安全、及时、有效的安置警示标志,可有效减小发生二次交通事故的风险。 In this paper, a kind of vehicle fault warning robot is proposed. The hinge type structure and synchronous belt transmission of the robot can realize its switching between three states. The ATMEGA128 microcontroller is chosen as be the controller and the 2.4G module is used to realize the communication between the robot and the host computer. Digital servo CDS5500 and synchronous belt act as the driver module to propel the robot moving forward and the infrared sensor is adopted to achieve obstacle avoidance. 3D modeling of the robot based on Solidworks software is finished and a physical prototype is built. The vehicle fault warning robot can be safe, timely and effective placement of warning signs, which can effectively reduce the risk of traffic accidents.
