空间多级齿轮传动系统设计的自动设计系统研究

摘要 为了解决空间多级齿轮传动系统方案求解和优化缺乏统一支撑体系、建模困难的问题,提出了空间多级齿轮传动系统设计的自动化系统架构,结合Visual Basics6.0研制了空间多级齿轮传动系统的方案设计、优化设计集成建模的自动设计软件系统,设计师仅需输入少许设计需求,系统能自动完成方案设计;并根据确定方案自动完成优化建模和求解,真正实现了空间多级齿轮传动系统设计的自动化。实例结果验证了系统的可行性和可靠性,是一款建模过程简单,设计质量和效率高的设计工具。 In order to solve the problem of the lack of unified support system and modeling difficulty for the solution and optimization of the spatial multilevel gear drive system, the automation system architecture of spatail multistage gear drive system design is put forward.The automatic design software system which can simultaneously complete scheme design and optimal design of the space multistage gear drive sys-tem has been successfully developed based on Visual Basics6.0.Thus,designers only need to input a few design requirements, the system can automatically complete the scheme design, and based on the determined scheme automatically completes the optimization modeling and solv-ing, and truly realize the automation of space multi gear transmission system design. The feasibility and reliability of the system are verified by the results of the case. It is a design tool for the more simple process of modeling, higher design quality and efficiency.
