摘要
提高活塞连杆结构的动态特性是提高往复式压缩机整体性能的关键,活塞连杆的模态分析结果是压缩机动态特性评价的关键依据和理论支撑。论文应用UG软件建立活塞连杆结构的三维模型,并应用ANSYS Workbench对结构进行网格划分并对其进行模态分析计算。根据计算结果得到活塞连杆结构的一至六阶模态分布和振型,找出连杆的薄弱环节,指出了连杆设计过程中需采取的有效措施,以提高活塞连杆结构的稳定性。
Improvement of dynamic characteristics of piston connecting rod is the key to improve the compressor performance. Modal analy-sis of the rod is the basis and theoretical support for assessment of compressor dynamic characteristics. The 3D model of piston connecting rod is set up using UG software and the mesh is set up through ANSYS Workbench software. As such, the modal calculation and analysis of structure can be performed in ANSYS. According to the results obtained from piston connecting rod modal analysis, modal distribution from1 to 6 modal and vibration shape can be gotten. With these data, the weak point of connecting rod can been found. Effective measures should be considered in design of connecting rods in order to improve the structure stability.
