摘要
论文设计了一种自动烹饪机器人的机械结构与测控系统。该机器人由烹饪单元、酱料添加单元以及搅拌单元组成。烹饪单元应用四杆机构完成食物框的倾倒动作;酱料添加单元应用辊轧机构完成酱料包的连续进入与挤出动作;搅拌单元应用曲柄滑块机构完成搅拌动作。通过各电机的时序运动,机器人完成了菜肴的煮制、捞出、酱料添加以及搅拌等工作。论文完成了原理样机的搭建与实验,实验效果符合预期,验证了设计的正确性。
The mechanical structure and control system of an automatic cooking robot are designed. The robot consists of cooking units,adding sauce units and stirring units. The four bar mechanism is used to complete the dumping of the food basket in the cooking unit; the roll mechanism is used to finish the extrusion of sauce in the adding sauce unit; the crank slider mechanism is used to complete the stirring action in the stirring unit. The robot can complete cooking, removing, adding sauce and stirring the dishes, through the sequence of each motor movement. In this paper, the construction of the principle prototype is built, and the verification experiment is made. The experimental effect is in line with expectations, and verifies the validity of the design.
