Design of Flow Testing Device Based on the Metering Pump Assembly

为准确地检测汽车尾气处理装置的重要组成部分—计量泵装配体的流量精度,专门研制了一台检测装置。论文介绍了该装置的结构特点和工作原理,并已制造出样机。实践表明:该装置检测精度高,操作简单,生产和维护成本低,对工业生产有较高的利用价值。

In order to accurately detect the flow rate of the metering pump assembly which is the important component of the automobile tail gas treatment device,the ligand is specially designed and developed. The structure and working principle of the device are introduced in this paper. The practice shows that the device has high detection accuracy, simple operation, low production and maintenance cost, and has high utilization value for industrial production.
