摘要
利用Pro/E的建模功能和vericut软件建立数控加工中心几何模型和运动模型,对其进行初始化设置,构建了基于VMC750E型数控加工中心的虚拟加工系统平台,利用开发的平台,完成了某个典型零件的数控加工仿真,展现了三维加工仿真、优化、验证的全过程。然后进入现实机床进行实际加工,验证所构建虚拟仿真系统的正确性与可行性。虚拟仿真与实际加工结果表明,虚拟仿真加工对提高零件加工效率和加工质量,降低加工成本具有积极的作用。
