我国城乡土地制度改革研究——基于马克思土地市场理论视角

The Urban and Rural Land System Reform in China——From Land Market Theory of Karl Marx

马克思在《资本论》中的土地市场理论,对深化当前我国城乡土地制度改革、完善城市房地产宏观调控政策、促进农村土地合理流转、制定科学的农业产业化发展政策等方面具有重要的指导意义。通过研习该理论,文章认为,我国应完善中国特色的土地有偿使用制度,调整社会主义土地市场中的各种物质利益关系,完善城市土地市场的结构和运营机制,制定合理的发展社会主义农业的方针和政策。

System theory in Das Capital on land property, land in price and land market has important meaning to deepen the current land system reform in urban and rural areas in China, perfect the urban real estate macroeconomic regulation and control policy, promote the rural land rational circulation, make scientific agriculture industrialization development policy etc, it is worth further explored. This paper considers that we should perfect the land usage system with Chinese characteristics, adjust the relations of interest in socialist land market, perfect the structure and management of urban land market and make proper policies for socialist agriculture.
