北京市失业保险享用状况及影响因素分析——基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查北京市数据

Present Situation of Unemployment Insurance in Beijing and Its Factors——Based on the Third Investigation of Women's Social Position in Beijing

文章依托第三期中国妇女社会地位调查北京市数据,以北京市失业保险覆盖人群为研究对象、以失业保险享用状况及影响因素为范畴,重点关注失业保险的享有情况和利用情况,其中对失业保险的利用情况主要包括申领失业金及参加就业促进项目两个方面。借助描述性分析法和回归分析法,研究发现,失业保险尚未实现制度全覆盖及劳动人员全覆盖,而个人条件、户籍、工作单位对失业保险的享用具有较大影响。在此基础上,从失业保险的享有条件、失业金设定标准以及就业促进项目的工作机制等方面给出建议。

This paper based on the third investigation of women＇s social position in Beijing, takes the unemployment people as study subject, takes the situation, of unemployment insurance as scope, focus on two aspects： claims for unemployment benefits and to participate in employment promotion. By using descriptive analysis and regression analysis, the study found that unemployment insurance has not been a complete coverage of all the labor personnel, and individuals＇ condition, household registration, work units has great influence on the enjoy of unemployment insurance. On this basis, suggestions are put forward from unemployment insurance conditions, unemployment benefits and employment promotion project.
