摘要
电子商务的出现,为我国外贸企业发展创造了良好机会,提升了国内外贸企业与国外客户的数据传递效率,规范了国内外贸企业业务的管理,降低了国内外贸企业的交易成本。我国电子商务在国际贸易中的应用状况与国外相比,还处在探索和学习阶段,存在外部环境和企业自身发展两方面的问题。应创建电子商务发展的良好环境,完善电子商务的法律法规,积极参与国际贸易法律法规的制定,加强对行业自律、中介机构的监管,创建电子商务相关人才培养机制。
