摘要
目的对新疆某铍冶炼厂进行控制效果评价,明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果;为管理部门对职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法结合该项目职业病危害的特点,采用职业卫生现场调查法、检测检验法和检查表分析法进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学毒物、噪声、高温、粉尘等。对该企业的检测结果显示,总粉尘及呼吸性粉尘检测合格率为71.4%,噪声合格率为94.7%,铍及其化合物3个检测点均不合格,其余化学毒物、个体粉尘、高温等合格率均为100.0%。结论该项目正式投产后若能落实在评价报告中提出的职业病危害防护补充措施及建议,职业病危害基本可控。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a beryllium smelter of Xinjiang, identify the occupational hazard factors, analyze the degree of hazards and the effect to workers' health, assess the protection measures against occupational hazards and the effect, and provide the scientific basis for management department to carry out the final acceptance of occupational protection facilities.[Methods]According to the characteristics of occupational hazards generated in the production process, the evaluation was conducted by the field occupational health investigation, detection and inspection, as well as checklists analysis. [Results]The main occupational hazards existing in the project were industrial toxicants, noise, heat and dust. The detection results showed that the qualified rate of total dust and respirable dust was 71.4%, the qualified rate of noise was 94.7%, and the levels of beryllium and compounds in three monitoring points were all exceeded the national standards. The qualified rates of other industrial toxicants, the individual dust, and heat were 100.0%. [Conclusion]After rectification of occupational hazard protection facilities according to the suggestions of evaluation report occupational hazards are basically under control.
