风险评估法在某化工企业职业病危害现状评价中的综合应用

Comprehensive application of risk assessment method in the current situation evaluation of occupational disease hazards in a chemical enterprise

目的将风险评估法综合运用于化工企业职业病危害现状评价实践中,定量地评价职业病危害风险等级。方法参考国内外相关文献资料,将较为成熟的工作场所职业健康风险指数法、职业卫生管理评价法综合运用到化工企业职业病危害现状评价之中,对工作场所固有风险和抵消风险进行综合判断,得出客观的评价结果。结果该化工企业工作场所职业健康风险指数最高为17.2,判定工作场所职业健康风险评估等级为中级危害;职业卫生管理质量计算为0.85,判定风险等级为良好;基于矩阵原理,综合评估该企业职业病危害现状为B,代表一般危害。结论风险评价法在化工企业现状评价中的综合运用,可以做到定量地评价用人单位职业病危害风险等级,有利于职业卫生技术服务机构根据风险等级提出有针对性的建议,使职业卫生监管部门有效地进行分级管理。

[Objective]To apply the risk evaluation method to current situation evaluation of occupational disease hazards in chemical industry enterprises, quantitatively evaluate the risk levels of occupational disease hazards. [Methods]Referencing related literature at home and abroad, the mature workplace occupational health risk index method and occupational health management evaluation method were comprehensively applied to the current situation evaluation of occupational disease hazards in chemical industry enterprises, inherent risks and offset risks in workplace were judged comprehensively, and objective evaluation results were got.[Results]The highest occupational health risk index in workplace of this enterprise was 17.2, occupational health risk assessment level was intermediate harm. The occupational health management quality calculation was 0.85, the risk level was good. Based on matrix theory, the present situation of occupational disease hazards of this enterprise was comprehensively evaluated for B, which represented the general harm. [Conclusion]The comprehensive application of risk evaluation method in current situation evaluation of chemical industry enterprises can quantitatively evaluate the risk level of occupational disease hazards, which is beneficial to put forward the targeted suggestions according to risk level for occupational health technical service institutions and carry out effective hierarchical management for occupational health supervision departments.
