苯作业工人非酒精性脂肪肝与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

Relationship of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and carotid atherosclerosis among workers exposure to benzene

目的了解深圳市某玩具厂苯作业工人非酒精性脂肪肝和颈动脉粥样硬化的患病情况,分析非酒精性脂肪肝与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取2015年在深圳市龙岗区平湖预防保健所参加职业健康检查的某玩具厂苯作业工人1 556例,对其肝、颈动脉超声检查结果进行分析。结果苯作业工人中非酒精性脂肪肝的检出率为16.07%,颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率为12.21%。非酒精性脂肪肝组与正常肝组工人颈动脉粥样硬化检出率分别为19.6%、10.8%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=15.171,P〈0.01）。〉50岁年龄组非酒精性脂肪肝人群颈动脉粥样硬化检出率显著高于正常肝人群（P〈0.01）。结论苯作业工人非酒精性脂肪肝人群的颈动脉粥样硬化检出率明显高于正常肝人群,特别应警惕50岁以上人群动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管事件的发生,及时进行必要的干预和治疗。

[Objective]To understand the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and carotid atherosclerosis among workers exposure to benzene in a toy factory in Shenzhen, and analyze the relationship of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and carotid atherosclerosis. [Methods]A total of 1 556 workers exposure to benzene in a toy factory and participating occupational health examination in Pinghu institute for health inspection were selected, the ultrasound examination results of liver and carotid were analyzed.[Results]The detection rates of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and carotid atherosclerosis were 16.07% and 12.21%. The detection rates of carotid atherosclerosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group and normal liver group were 19.6% and 10.8%,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=15.171, P0.01）. The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease population who were more than 50 years old was significantly higher than that in normal liver population（ P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease population was obviously higher than that in normal liver population. The prevalence of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease in more than 50 years old population should be paid more attention and given the necessary prevention and treatment timely.
