小学生口腔卫生知识、态度和行为社区干预效果评价

Evaluation of community intervention effect on oral health knowledge, attitude and practice among pupils

目的探讨社区健康教育干预对小学生口腔卫生知识、态度、行为(KAP)的影响,提高社区口腔卫生保健工作。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,将对抽中的学生分为干预组和对照组,对干预组开展社区健康教育干预,并观察干预组、对照组间口腔卫生知识、态度及行为情况。结果干预后干预组小学生的口腔卫生KAP 3方面正确回答率分别为87.35%、92.77%、86.75%,明显高于对照组(46.61%、61.95%、38.94%)和干预前干预组(45.37%、60.60%、37.91%)的正确回答率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后所有18项调查内容均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组的干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区健康教育干预对高桥社区小学生口腔卫生KAP水平有显著的提高作用。口腔卫生保健人员应继续加强对小学生的健康教育和行为干预,不断提高社区口腔卫生保健工作。

[Objective]To observe the effect of community health education intervention on oral health knowledge, attitude and practice（ KAP） among pupils, and improve the community oral health care. [Methods]The samples were selected by stratified random sampling method. The selected pupils were divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was given the community health education intervention, and the KAP of oral health between two groups were compared.[Results]After the intervention, the correct answer rates of oral health knowledge, attitude and practice in the intervention group was respective 87.35%, 2.77% and 86.75%, which were higher than those in the control group（ 46.61%, 61.95% and 38.94%）and in the intervention group before the intervention（ 45.37%, 60.60% and 37.91%）, and the differences were statistically significant（ P 0.01）. The levels of 18 survey items significantly increased after the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. There was no significantly difference in the control group between before and after intervention（ P〉 0.05） [Conclusion]Community health education intervention can significantly improve the level of oral health KAP among pupils in Gaoqiao Community. Oral health care workers should continue to strengthen health education and behavior intervention on pupils, and constantly improve the community oral health care level.
