Investigation on current situation of service ability of occupational health examination institutions in Chongqing City

目的全面调查评估重庆市职业健康检查机构服务能力,为合理构建技术服务网络提供数据支撑。方法采用问卷调查的方法,获得重庆市职业健康检查机构技术能力和服务情况,并进行统计分析。结果该市共有48家职业健康检查机构,每万名工人拥有职业健康检查机构0.41个,拥有专业技术人员11.92名,拥有主检医师1.01名,拥有体检仪器10.88台件数。大都市区与大生态区职业健康检查机构资源配置各项指标有差异。结论重庆市职业健康检查技术服务网络已经基本建立,但仪器设备配置率低,技术服务能力不足,资质服务项目设置欠合理,资源配置待优化。

[Objective]To assess the service ability of occupational health examination institutions in Chongqing City, provide data support for reasonable construction of technical service network. [Methods]The technical capabilities and service conditions of occupational health examination institutions in Chongqing City were obtained by questionnaire survey, and the data were statistically analyzed.[Results]There were a total of 48 occupational health examination institutions in Chongqing City. Each 10 000 workers had 0.41 institution, 11.92 professional and technical personnel, 1.01 doctor and 10.88 medical instruments on average.There were differences in resources allocation indexes of occupational health examination institutions between the urban area and ecological region. [Conclusion]The occupational health examination technology service network has been basically established in Chongqing. However, the rate of apparatus-resource allocation is low, technical service ability is insufficient, the service project settings is not reasonable, and the resources allocation should be optimized.
