摘要
目的通过调查工作环境不同精细度岗位照明照度值和主观评价值,为职业接触人群健康监护提供依据。方法选择天津市滨海新区塘沽经济技术开发区生产规模相似的企业,对不同行业的操作岗位、劳动卫生学调查、问卷调查、照度进行测定。结果照度实测值与主观评价值之间存在正相关(r=0.887)。随着流水线作业精细程度的增加,作业工人视疲劳的程度呈上升趋势,根据疲劳度推算出0-1分值范围推出适宜的各类照度范围。超精细作业不低于500 lx,一般精细作业不低于400 lx,普通作业不低于300 lx,较粗糙作业不低于240 lx,粗糙作业不低于200 lx。结论为了工人的视力健康,根据工作环境不同精细度岗位照明照度值和主观评价值,找到一个合适的照度值,并根据具体的操作对象加以区分,为职业接触人群健康监护提供依据,更好地保护职业人群的健康。
[Objective]Through investigating the illumination value and subjective evaluation value in work environment with different precision operation, to provide the basis for the health surveillance among occupational exposure population.[Methods]The enterprises with similar scale were selected from Tanggu Economic-Technological Development Area of Binhai New District in Tianjin, to perform the occupational hygienic investigation, questionnaire survey and illumination measuring in different operation posts.[Results]There was positive correlation between actual illumination value and subjective evaluation value( r=0.887). The asthenopia degree of workers increased with the increasing operation precision of assembly line. According to the asthenopia degree of 0-1, the suitable illumination ranges of different operations were calculated: hyperfine operation not less than500 lx, general precision operation not less than 400 lx, normal operation not less than 300 lx, coarser operation not less than240 lx, and rough operation not less than 200 lx. [Conclusion]In order to ensure the eyesight health of workers, the study has calculated the suitable illumination ranges of different operations according to the actual illumination value and subjective evaluation value of work environments with different precision operation, and classified for the concrete operation object, which provides the basis for the health surveillance and better protection for occupational exposure population.
