公众史学的视角:公众档案建设初探

A Study on Public Archive——from the Perspective of Public History

家庭档案管理的出现,大大改写了人们的档案观念。由家庭档案管理出发,可以提炼出"公众档案"。公众档案是以公众为中心的档案建构体系,它是以公众为对象、公众参与、也为公众所用的档案体系。公众档案在生活世界有实用价值,在文本世界有历史文化价值。档案是历史写作的第一手资料,公众史学视野下的小历史书写应奠基于公众档案之上。我们主张人人有档案,家家有档案,要培养档案意识,形成公众档案传统。

In recent years, the springing up of family archive has transformed people＇s opinions on archive. The concept of public archive derives from the family archive. Public archive is a new archive system which is centered on the public. In essence,it is of the public , by the public and for the public. Public archive is of practical use in the real world as well as historical and cultural value in the text world. Archive is the first-hand source for writing history. The writing of small-scale history from the perspective of public history is supposed to be based on the public archive. Hence, we claim that every family should form a habit of collecting files and building archive so as to promote the public archive career of the country.
