摘要
掘进机现场综采环境恶劣,操作难度大,掘进技术直接影响生产效率和安全。基于上述发展需要提出了遥控掘进机主从控制系统的设计方案,遥控掘进机主从机控制系统具有掘进机综合保护控制、Zig Bee无线传输、图像传输、遥控掘进和失控保护功能,为提高综采效率和保证安全生产提供有力的技术支持。
Boring Machine at the scene of fully mechanized conditions are poor, operates difficulty, tunneling technology directly affects the production efficiency and safety. The design of remote Boring Machine of master-slave control system based on the above development needs, it has comprehensive protection and control, ZigBee wireless transmission, image transmission, remote control driving and out of control protection function, to improve the efficiency of fully mechanized and guarantee safe production provides strong technical support.
