针刺天容穴为主治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture at Tianrong( SI17) on Dysphagia in Patients with Post-stroke

目的:观察针刺天容穴为主治疗吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:50例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用针刺天容、廉泉、外金津、玉液等穴治疗,对照组采用康复训练治疗。采用标准吞咽功能评分(SSA)、洼田氏饮水试验评价标准对两组疗效进行评价。结果:两组治疗后SSA总分、洼田氏饮水试验评分差异有统计学意义。治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺天容穴为主的综合疗效优于康复训练治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Tianrong（ SI17） on dysphagia.Methods： Fifty dysphagia patients were randomized into two groups by the SAS statistical software,with 25 in each group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at Tianrong（ SI17）,Lianquan（ RN23）,Waijinjin and Yuye,while the control group was treated by rehabilitation training.The efficacy was assessed by the standardized Swallowing Assessment and Kubota water drinking test.Results： The differences of SSA and Kubota water drinking test between two groups after treatment were statistically significant.The total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group,versus 80% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture at Tianrong（ SI17）,Lianquan（ RN23）,Waijinjin and Yuye can have a higher compositive efficacy than rehabilitation training for treating dysphagia.
