新斯的明穴位注射治疗产后尿潴留的疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Point Injection Neostigmine for Treating Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的:观察新斯的明三阴交穴位注射治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将96例经阴道分娩后并发产后尿潴留的初产妇患者随机分为穴位注射组和肌肉注射组,其中治疗组49例,对照组47例,治疗组采用新斯的明注射液2 ml双侧三阴交穴位注射,对照组采用新斯的明注射液2 ml肌肉注射,两组共治疗2日后,评定两组患者接受治疗起首次自主排尿时间,治疗结束后膀胱残余尿量。结果:治疗结束时两组患者膀胱残余尿量较治疗前均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组在产后首次自主排尿时间和膀胱残余尿量评价方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率85.7%,对照组78.8%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.11>0.05)。结论:新斯的明三阴交穴位注射治疗产后尿潴留能够较快改善患者症状,但临床疗效仍需进一步验证。

Objective： To investigate the effect of point Sanyinjiao（ SP6） injection of Neostigmine for treating postpartum urinary retention.Methods： Ninety-six patients with concurrent postpartum urinary retention after vaginal delivery of primipara were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.There were forty-nine patients in the treatment group and forty-seven patients in the control group.The treatment group received point double Sanyinjiao injection of Neostigmine 2ml in addition.The control group received the intramuscular injection of 2ml Neostigmine.In two groups the treatment was for two days,and evaluate patients with first time automatic micturition,bladder residual urine volume after treatment in two groups.Results： At the end of the treatment in two groups the patients＇ bladder residual urine volumes were obviously improved,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and in the treatment group the first time automatic micturition and urinary bladder residual urine volumes were superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.In the treatment group the total effectiveness was 85.7% and in the control group it was 78.8%,and the difference had no statistical significance（ P = 0.11〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture point injection Sanyinjiao with Neostigmine for treating postpartum urinary retention can rapidly improve symptoms.However,the clinically curative effect still needs further validation.
