摘要
目的:观察贴棉灸结合浮针激光治疗带状疱疹伴神经痛的临床疗效,分析其治疗作用机制,为临床治疗带状疱疹伴神经痛提供中西医结合的治疗方案。方法:选取249例带状疱疹伴神经痛病例,随机分常规治疗组、电针组及浮针组,常规治疗组每日静脉滴注阿糖腺苷,口服布洛芬;电针组在此基础上电针配穴治疗;浮针组于患处贴棉灸后浮针激光治疗30 min。分别观察并记录3组病例皮疹结痂愈合、红肿消退时间、神经痛持续时间、显效时间、治愈时间、后遗神经痛复发率及治疗21天后治愈率、总有效率。6个月后随访比较3组后遗神经痛复发率,藉此评价贴棉灸结合浮针激光治疗带状疱疹伴神经痛的疗效。结果:浮针组神经痛持续时间、显效时间、治愈时间明显低于常规治疗组及电针组,治愈率为60.24%,总有效率达96.38%,随访后遗神经痛复发率仅5.31%,与常规治疗组及电针组比较均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:贴棉灸结合浮针激光治疗带状疱疹伴神经痛疗效确切,后遗神经痛复发率低,为此类疾病首选中西医结合治疗方案。
Objective: To observe the Tiemian moxibustion combined with floating needle laser treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia,analyzing the treatment mechanism,to provide clinical treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods: 249 cases with herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into a conventional treatment group,a curative group and a floating needle group.The routine treatment group was with static drop vidarabine,daily oral ibuprofen.The curative group was on the basis of the routine treatment and added electric acupuncture and acupuncture point treatment;floating needle group was treated by Tiemian moxibustion and floating needle laser treatment of 30 min.The VAS score was adopted,and record the time and the curative rate and total effective rate after 21 days.Recurrence after 6 months follow-up among three groups,Tiemian moxibustion combined with floating needle laser treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia was observed.Results: The VAS score in floating needle group was obviously lower than that of conventional treatment group and the curative group,and the curative rate was 60.24% and the total effective rate was 96.38%,and the follow-up recurrence rate was 5.31%.Compared with conventional treatment group and the curative group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion: Tiemian moxibustion combined with floating needle laser treatment for herpes zoster neuralgia has a curative effect,with low recurrence rate.
