Regularity of Selectmg Points of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的:探析针灸治疗突发性耳聋的取穴规律。方法:通过计算机检索,搜集近10年来针灸治疗突发性耳聋的临床文献,对其常用腧穴进行频次、归经、分布的归纳整理。结果:经过统计分析得出,听会出现频次最高,主要选取少阳经腧穴,以耳周腧穴为主。结论:针灸治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效显著,且有一定的规律可循。

Objective： To find out the regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods： Through the computer retrieval,collect literatures about the acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness in recent 10 years and summarize frequency of the commonly used points,the acupoints,the distribution of the generalization.Results： After statistical analysis,the highest frequency was mainly Shaoyang meridians,and the acupoint was given priority to the ear acupoints.Conclusion： Acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness is distinct,and there are certain rules to follow.
