摘要
脉冲喷洒控制阀作为沥青洒布摊铺机的关键元件,其工作性能直接影响到沥青喷洒的均匀性及精确性,进而影响到整机的作业性能。根据控制阀的结构及工作原理,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了仿真模型,通过将仿真结果与试验测试数据对比,验证了仿真模型的正确。在仿真模型的基础上,利用参数优化设计方法对控制阀结构及控制方法进行了优化设计。该优化设计方法不仅可以缩短控制阀的研发周期,而且可以为实际应用提供理论依据。
Pulse spraying control vavle,as the key components of asphalt spraying paver,its performance directly relates to the uniformity and accuracy of asphalt spraying and thus affect the operationperformance of the machine.According to the structure and working principle of control valve,the simulation models of control valve are developed based on the AMESim simulation software,by comparing the simulation results with test data, the simulation model is proved correct..On the basis of the simulation model, by means of parameters optimization design method,optimization design was carried out on the structure and the control method of control valve.The optimization design method can not only shorten the development period of control valve and can provide theoretical basis for practical application.
