该文主要论述了液压导管爆破冲击试验系统的主要参数,性能特点及工作原理,对其安全性、可靠性进行了详细说明。该液压系统同时具有常温爆破试验、高温爆破试验、高低温冲击试验的功能,较传统试验系统集成性更高,而且试验过程中如果系统出现意外超压情况,保护装置会接到信号即时打开泄压,确保系统安全。不仅有效节约了企业的成本,而且确保试验安全可靠,具有更强的使用性。
This paper mainly tells the working principle, key parameter and characteristics of the hydraulic pipe bursting impact test system.The safety and reliability are described in detail.
