摘要
该文利用空间坐标转化的方法对斜轴式柱塞泵进行了运动学分析,理论上推导了柱塞球心点的位移、速度、加速度的运动方程,同时计算出柱塞端在缸体内摆动的运动方程,从而推导出柱塞的摆动角度及柱塞的有效长度计算公式。利用MATLAB中仿真模块simulink动态模拟仿真了柱塞的运动轨迹,并与某知名品牌斜轴式柱塞泵参数进行对比,验证运动方程与实际参数。
this paper deals with the kinematics analysis of slanting shaft plunger used the special coordinate transformation method, and calculates the theoretically motion equations of displacement, velocity, acceleration of the center point of piston. Meanwhile, this paper puts forwards the piston swing angle in cylinder and effective length formula of plunger. Dynamic simulation has been adopted to simulate the plunger trajectory by using simulation module in MATLAB, the correctness of which has been verified by comparing the real structure parameters of a well-known brand cline piston pump.
