摘要
大型的液压润滑系统工作介质的泄漏难以避免,这不仅对企业造成直接和间接的经济损失,还会对环境产生危害。因此,为了控制泄漏,对液压润滑系统进行实时监测,在发生泄漏时进行及时的报警非常重要。该文针对液压和润滑系统的液位变化特征,设计出泄漏实时报警算法,在PLC软件中实施编程,根据现场传来的监测信号,自动判断液压润滑系统状态是否正常,发生泄漏时做到实时报警。
Large hydraulic lubrication system working medium leakage is difficult to avoid, which is not only a direct and indirect economic losses to enterprises, but also to the environment. Therefore, in order to control the leakage, the hydraulic lubrication system for real- time monitoring, in a timely manner when the alarm is very important. This paper in hydraulic and lubricating system level change characteristics, design a leakage alarm algorithms in real time and implement programming in PLC software, according to the scene real-time monitoring signal, automatically determine the system is in normal work and leakage do real-time alarm.
