摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定肤白胶囊中梣酮和黄柏酮的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35);检测波长为236nm;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温为30℃。结果梣酮进样量在7.19~43.15μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.88%,RSD为1.0%;黄柏酮进样量在6.94~41.66μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.62%,RSD为1.2%。结论该方法准确、快速、稳定、方便,可以作为肤白胶囊中梣酮和黄柏酮的含量测定方法。
Objective To develop an HPLC for determining fraxinellone and obacunone in Fubai Capsules.Methods The column was Waters Sunfire C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35),the detection wavelength was 236 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the temperature was 30 ℃.Results Fraxinellone showed agood linear relationship from 7.19 to 43.15μg,and the average recovery was 98.9%,with RSD 1.0%;obacunone showed a good linear relationship from6.94 to 41.66μg,and the average recovery was 98.6%,with RSD 1.2%.Conclusion The method was accurate,fast,reliable and convenient,and can be used for determining fraxinellone and obacunone in Fubai Capsules.
