摘要
文章旨在探索育肥猪日粮添加松花穗粉替代玉米后对猪生产性能、血清指标的影响,并筛选出适合添加比例。选择120头55日龄杜长大商品猪,分4组进行120 d试验。对照组:饲喂基础日粮;试验1、2、3组:分别添加3%、5%、8%松花穗粉。试验结果表明,日粮中添加不同比例松花穗粉均能有效提高猪的日增重,试验组日增重比对照组分别提高了23.39%,23.39%,31.17%,8%组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);试验组料重均比对照组降低,8%组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);日粮添加松花穗粉可提高猪抗病力,试验组Ig A、Ig M含量均高于对照组;8%组Ig G与3%组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),8%组与5%组比较差异显著(P<0.05);8%组C3与各组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);8%组C4与3%组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。日粮添加松花穗粉有助于提高猪体的健康水平,降低饲养成本,提高饲料报酬和经济效益,其中以添加8%比例效果最明显。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the pig diet after adding songhua ear powder to re-place corn to the pig productive, the influence of serum index, and suitable for adding proportions. Se-lected 120 55-day-old Duroc pigs and divided into four groups for a 120 days trial. Control group:feeding based diet; Experiment group 1, 2, 3 : add 3%,5%,8% songhua ear powder. The resultsshowed that daily diet with different proportion pine pollen can effectively increase the daily weight ofpigs. Compared with control group,the daily gain of pigs in trial group improved 23.39%,23.39%,31.17% respectively, experiment group 3 have significantly difference compared with control group(P〈0.05); Compared with control group, the F/G of trial group were decreased, experiment group 3 has sig-nificantly difference compared with control group(P〈0.05); Daily diet with songhua ear powder can in-crease the disease resistance of pigs, and the contents of Ig A,Ig M in trial group are all higher than thatin control group; Ig G of experiment group 3 has significantly difference compared with experimentgroup 1(P〈0.01), and experiment group 3 has significantly difference compared with experiment group2(P〈0.05); C3 of experiment group 3 has significantly difference compared with all other groups(P〈0.05); C4 of experiment group 3 have significantly difference compared with experiment group 1(P〈0.05). Daily diet added with songhua ear powder is helpful to improve the health level of pigs, to re-duce feeding cost and to improve feed efficiency and economic benefit, among all the groups, groupwith the proportion of 8% pine pollen has the most obvious effect.
