数字化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比分析数字化三维塑形钛网与传统手工塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的效果。方法分析92例颅骨缺损患者的临床资料,其中44例患者采用传统手工塑形钛网修补,48例采用数字化三维塑形钛网修补,比较两组住院时间、手术时间、住院费用、钛钉数量、塑形满意度以及并发症情况。结果数字化三维塑形钛网组手术时间、钛钉数量、塑形满意度评分、并发症发生率方面均优于传统手工塑形钛网组,但是住院费用增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化三维塑形钛网对颅骨缺损的修补效果优于传统手工塑形钛网。 Objective To analysis the effect of three dimensional digital shaping titanium mesh and traditional manual reconstructed titanium mesh in repairing skull defect. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 92 cases of patients with skull defect,of which 44 cases were treated by traditional manual reconstructed titanium mesh to repair,48 cases with three dimensional digital shaping titanium mesh to repair,compared two groups of hospitalization time,operation time,hospitalization costs,Titanium nails number,shaping satisfaction and complications. Results Three dimensional digital shaping titanium mesh group operation time,titanium nails number,moulding satisfaction score,complication rate is better than the traditional manual reconstructed titanium mesh group,but increased hospital costs,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05),the two groups of patients hospitalized time comparison difference non statistics significance( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions The clinical effects of three dimensional digital shaping titanium mesh for skull defect is better than the traditional manual reconstructed titanium mesh.
