腹腔镜辅助胃癌切除术治疗胃癌的效果观察

Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的分析2013年1月21日-2014年10月20日进行胃癌治疗的72例患者治疗情况,探究应用腹腔镜辅助胃癌切除术治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月21日-2014年10月20日进行胃癌治疗的72例患者进行的资料分析,将其随机分为传统方法治疗组（以下简称,传组）36例,和腹腔镜组（以下简称,腹组）36例。观察二组患者手术后血清学指标及第一次排气时间、住院时间等指标,以及患者及其家属的治疗满意度,综合分析腹腔镜辅助胃癌切除术治疗胃癌的临床疗效。结果经过资料取证以及统计学分析可知,腹组患者的血清学指标均低于传组,两组相比差别显而易见（P〈0.05）,腹组患者手术后第一次排气时间、第一次进食时间、并发症发生例数及住院时间均低于传组,两组相比差别显而易见（P〈0.05）,腹组患者治疗满意度为94.44%（34/36）,传组患者治疗满意度为75.00%（27/36）,二组相比差别显而易见（P〈0.05）。结论应用腹腔镜辅助胃癌切除术治疗胃癌效果显著,且并发率较低,适于在临床上推广应用。

Objective To retrospective analysis in January 21,2013 to October 20,2014 for treatment of 72 cases of patients with gastric cancer treatment,to explore the application of laparoscopic assisted resection of gastric cancer clinical efficacy for the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods From January 21,2013 to 2013 in October 20 days the hospital for treatment of 72 cases of gastric cancer patients were retrospectively analysis of the data,the treatment group were randomly divided into traditional methods（ hereinafter referred to as,group）,36 patients,and the laparoscopic group（ hereinafter referred to as,abdominal group） 36 cases. Observed two groups of patients after surgery,serological indexes and indexes of an exhaust time,length of hospital stay,and the treatment of patients and their families satisfaction,comprehensive analysis of laparoscopic assisted resection of gastric cancer clinical efficacy for the treatment of gastric cancer. Results After data forensics and statistical analysis,the serological indexes of patients with abdominal group were lower than the group,the difference is obvious compared two groups（ P 〈0. 05）,a group of patients with abdominal surgery after the first exhaust time,the first time of food intake,complications of cases and the length of hospital stay were lower than group,the difference is obvious compared two groups（ P 〈0. 05）,abdominal group patient satisfaction was94. 44%（ 34 /36）,the group of patients satisfaction was 75. 00%（ 27 /36）,the difference is obvious compared two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of laparoscopic assisted resection of gastric cancer has the significant effect of gastric cancer,and concurrent rate is low,suitable for popularization and application in clinic.
