摘要 目的研究钢纤维次轻混凝土的抗折性能,为相关规范的编制及其在实际工程中的应用提供理论数据.方法考虑轻骨料体积分数、钢纤维体积分数、钢纤维类型、水灰比4种影响因素,利用正交试验方法,设计制作了25组钢纤维次轻混凝土抗折试块以及立方体试块进行试验.采用极差分析和方差分析方法分析各因素对抗折强度的影响程度.结果钢纤维体积分数影响最为显著,随着体积分数的增加,抗折强度有明显增大,掺入体积分数2.0%的钢纤维,可提高抗折强度约50%;钢纤维种类对抗折强度影响显著,最大值与最小值相差28.9%;水灰比和轻骨料体积分数对抗折强度影响较小.结论钢纤维次轻混凝土的抗折强度与立方体抗压强之间的回归公式为f_f=0.202f^(0.778)_(cu). In order to provide the reference basis for the relevant specification and the engineering field,flexural properties of steel fiber specified density concrete were studied in this paper. Tw enty five sets of concrete blocks were made and tested according to "Standard for test method of mechanical properties on ordinary concrete( GB / T 50081—2002) ". With orthogonal test method,the effects of water-cement ratio,haydite volume fraction,steel fiber type and volume fraction on the flexural performance of steel fiber specified density concrete were analyzed. Results show that the steel fiber volume fraction is the most significant factor for the flexural strength. The flexural strength increases with the increasing of steel fiber volume fraction,which increases by about 50%w ith 2% steel fiber volume fraction. The steel fiber type has more significant impact on the flexural strength,and the maximum value is higher by 28. 9% than the minimum value. The water-cement ratio and haydite volume fraction have less influence on the flexural strength. The obtainedregression formula for the flexural strength and the compressive strength of steel fiber specified density concrete is f_f= 0.202f_cu^0.778.
