胶粉对聚苯颗粒砂浆性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究掺加不同类型可再分散乳胶粉和掺量对聚苯颗粒保温砂浆力学性能、干密度、导热系数及软化系数的影响.方法采用水灰质量比为0.6,水泥与粉煤灰质量比为7∶3,胶体材料与聚苯颗粒体积比为1∶6,分析通过改变胶粉类型及控制掺量,聚苯颗粒保温砂浆的各项性能.结果在掺量为2%时,胶粉O、P、M的掺入与控制样本(未掺加胶粉)相比抗压强度值分别提高了36.25%、128.75%和175.31%,抗折强度分别提高了50%、61.25%、77.50%,拉伸粘结强度均超过了0.05 MPa.材料的保温性能和耐久性在掺量达到4%时,达到理想效果.结论胶粉的掺入均能不同程度的改善聚苯颗粒保温砂浆材料的力学性能、保温性能及耐久性能;普通胶粉(胶粉O)在低掺量(掺量低于2%)情况下,对聚苯颗粒保温材料抗压强度改善效果较为不明显,但对聚苯颗粒保温材料抗折强度却有很大程度的提高;胶粉的掺入会影响聚苯颗粒保温材料内部开口孔和闭合孔形成的数目比例的变化,进而影响聚苯颗粒保温砂浆保温性及耐久性. The paper studied the influence of types and additions of the redispersible latex powder on mechanical properties,dried bulk density,thermal conductivity coefficient and softening coefficient of the insulation mortar incorporated expanded polystyrene granules waste. The water cement ratio was 0. 6,cement and fly ash mass ratio was 7 ∶ 3,the volume ratio of colloidal materials to polystyrene was 1∶ 6,analysis by changing the type and dosage of rubber powder control,the properties of polystyrene particles insulation mortar. At the dosage of 2%,the addition of crumb rubber O 、P、Mand control samples( not mixed with powder) compared to the compressive strength values were increased by 36. 25%,128. 75% and 175. 31%,the flexural strength increased by 50%,61. 25% and 77. 50% respectively,tensile bond strength was more than 0. 05 MPa. The thermal in-sulation performance and durability of the material reached 4%,to achieve the desired effect. The incorporation of rubber powder can improve the mechanical properties of polystyrene particles with different degrees of thermal insulationmortar、thermal insulation performance and durability; Ordinary rubber powder( O powder) in low dosage( dosage less than 2% cases),The improvement effect of the compressive strength of polystyrene particle insulation material is not obvious,but the flexural strength of polystyrene particles insulation material is greatly improved; the incorporation of rubber powder impact polystyrene thermal insulation materials inside the opening hole and the ratio of the number of the closed pores,and then affect the insulation and durability of polystyrene particles insulation mortar.
