在线混凝/陶瓷平板膜组合工艺处理采油废水

摘要 目的研究在线混凝/陶瓷平板膜组合工艺对油田二次采油废水的处理效果,并探讨在线混凝/陶瓷平板膜组合工艺对跨膜压差(TMP)变化的影响.方法以沈阳采油厂某联合站二级出水为研究对象,通过分析膜通量、p H值、加药量等因素对在线混凝/陶瓷平板膜组合工艺运行效果的影响,确定最佳运行工艺参数.结果在混凝剂Fe Cl3投加量为20 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为1.5 mg/L;膜通量为30 L/(m^2·h),p H为6.5~8.5的条件下,在线混凝/陶瓷平板膜组合工艺的处理效果达到最佳,其出水含油量和(SS)均在1mg/L以下,油的去除率可达到98.16%,悬浮物(SS)的去除率可达到99.56%.膜过滤出水水质指标可达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY5329—94)中的A1级回注水标准.结论利用在线混凝/陶瓷膜组合工艺可显著减缓膜污染,并在一定范围内提高膜通量,增加出水量. The purpose of this paper is to study effects of oily wasterw ater treatment in oilfield by the in- line coagulation / ceramic membrane combined process and to explore its influence on the transmembrane pressure( TMP) change. Taking effluent in Shenyang Oilfield as a study object,influences of different flux,p H,dosages and other factors on treatment effects of the line coagulation / ceramic flat membrane combined process were analyzed and the optimal operating process parameters were determined. It was found that when the coagulant dosage of Fe Cl3 was 20 mg / L,the polyacrylamide 1. 5mg / L,membrane flux was 30 L /( m2. h),p H value was betw een 6. 5 and 8. 5,the treatment effect was optimal. The oil content of effluent and SS were less than 1mg / L. Oil and SS removal rate can reach to 98. 16%; and 99. 56%,respectively. Quality index of the effluent fil-tered with membrane can reach to the "A1"class,according to SY5329—94 "Recommended index and analysis method for water quality of clastic reservoir". Conclusion was that the in-line coagulation / ceramic membrane process can significantly reduce membrane fouling and increase flux of membrane and water in a certain range.
