重型钢结构厚板焊接预防Z向层状撕裂的节点设计 被引量:3

摘要 建筑钢结构的迅速发展,使得钢结构厚板的应用越来越广泛。随着钢板厚度及焊缝尺寸的增加,承受的荷载更加复杂,拘束作用更加突出。由于局部地区频繁出现低温,钢结构厚板发生Z向层状撕裂的可能性也越来越大,因此对厚板的焊接性能进行研究,减少层状撕裂的发生尤为重要。从层状撕裂产生的机理入手,通过对层状撕裂的影响因素进行探讨,从焊接工艺、焊接坡口形式、焊接材料的方面重点分析预防层状撕裂的措施。 Steel heavy plate has been widely used because of the rapid development of building steel structure. With the increase of plate thickness and welding line,bearing loads has become more complex,and binding effect plays a much more prominent role. In addition,due to the frequent phenomenon in low temperature in some areas that leads to Z-lamellar tearing between steel slabs,this paper focused on the welding process of thick plate so as to study how to reduce the probability of occurrence of lamellar tearing. This paper presented the mechanism of lamellar tearing,and the influencing factors of lamellar tearing were discussed. The measures to prevent lamellar tearing were also discussed in terms of welding process,welding groove form,and welding materials.
