摘要
钢结构具有质量轻、强度高、延性好及材料可以重复利用等特点,且在加工制作方面也较为方便,因此被广泛应用于现代建筑工程中,具有良好的发展前景。旋转楼梯钢结构是一种特殊的工程结构类型,其主要是由较厚钢板卷圆而成,取代了以往混凝土加工方式。这种旋转结构需要对制作过程中各个方向的尺寸完全控制,以便做出来的产品给人以美的享受,并真正体现设计者的意图。主要针对钢结构旋转楼梯的制作流程与安装技术进行简要介绍。
The steel structure has the advantages of light weight,high strength,excellent toughness performance and more convenient in manufacturing,and the materials of the steel structure can be reused,as a result,it has been widely used in modern construction projects with good development prospects. Steel spiral staircase,which is mainly made of thick plate round,is a special kind of steel structure type and has replaced the usual concrete processing methods. In the manufacturing process of rotational structure needs to conduct the size full-control method,so as to make the products delivery a kind of beautiful enjoyment,and truly reflect the designer s purpose. This paper focused on the production processing and installation technology of steel spiral staircase to make a brief introduction.
