本文以平衡计分卡理论为基础,阐述了将平衡计分卡绩效评价体系引入新疆农村广播电视公共服务绩效评价中的意义,探讨了建立新疆农村广播电视公共服务绩效评价体系的构建模式,并提出了组织实施的方法,对新疆乃至兄弟省市建立农村广播电视公共服务绩效评价体系有积极的指导和借鉴意义。

Based on the balanced scorecard theory, this paper expounded the meaning of introduction of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system to the Xinjiang rural radio and TV public service performance evaluation. It discussed the building mode of the Xinjiang rural radio and TV public service performance evaluation system and put forward the implementation method. That will be for the industry＇s reference.
