摘要
某核电站厂用水泵法兰螺母开裂,通过外观及断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织分析和力学性能等测试,得出结果:泵法兰螺母为应力腐蚀开裂;主要原因是材料存在缺陷,大量铁素体沿螺母纵向呈带状分布,颗粒状碳化物沿晶界析出,组织异常导致材料有较大的应力腐蚀敏感性,在环境和应力的作用下发生应力腐蚀开裂。
Nut in service water pump of a nuclear power plant fractured, the failure reason of the nut is analyzed through macro and micro observation, metallurgical structure examination and hardness testing by using inspection equipment. The results show that the nut fracture mode is stress corrosion. The nut sensitivity of stress corrosion increase results from improper metallurgical structure, and then in effects of the tensile stress and corrosion medium bring about stress corrosion crack.
