摘要
本文以某二期核电站发生的安全注入系统(RIS)阀门浓硼酸腐蚀为例,通过对国内外硼酸腐蚀及堆焊合金材料等各方资料的研究,从RIS系统运行和阀门结构材料的角度分析了阀门发生腐蚀原因,提出了相应的改进方案,以降低核电站RIS系统阀门浓硼酸腐蚀风险。
This paper takes the concentrated boric acid corrosion in Safety Injection System of a Phase II nuclear power plant as an example, analyzes the valve corrosion reason from RIS operation and valve structure through the study of boric acid on corrosion and surfacing alloy materials domestic and abroad all data, and puts forward the improvement scheme, in order to reduce the RIS system valve concentrated boric acid corrosion risks of nuclear power plant.
