服役17年的盐酸储罐内壁衬胶出现严重老化,通过扫描电镜、能谱分析、红外光谱、热重、理化性能检测等手段对橡胶衬里老化状态进行系统评估,并提出行动建议。
A hydrochloric acid tank had been in service for 17 years and the inner lining rubber was degradated seriously. By the means of SEM, EDS, infrared（IR） spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis（TGA） and physicalchemical properties tests, ageing state of rubber lining was estimated. The action suggestion was put forward at last.
