摘要
国内《论语》研究在深入其宗教内涵还原语言实义上尚有争议。本文就孔子宗教观中"天",参照中西文化,探讨夫子语录言内义、语用义和指称义,比较评述许渊冲、理雅各、辜鸿铭三译本相关"天"之译语、译理、译思,还原孔子宗教理念及语义实质。
Chinese researchers on The Analects remain ambivalent in regard to restoring the real linguistic connotation through exploration into its religious views.Focusing upon ＂tian＂ in Confucian religious view,the paper probes into its denotative,pragmatic and referential meaning in both eastern and western cultures.With the aim to represent truly the Confucian religious ideology and semantic ideas,we then compare the language,theory and thought as reflected in the translation of ＂tian＂ in three English versions of The Analects produced respectively by Xu Yuanchong,James Legge and Gu Hongming,
