滋阴和阳法治疗激素无效血小板减少性紫癜临床研究

Clinical research of nourishing and harmonizing Yin and Yang therapy on the treatment of glucocorticoid invalid idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的观察滋阴和阳法治疗激素无效血小板减少性紫癜疗效。方法选取符合条件的患者共32例,给予滋阴和阳法治疗,以4周为1疗程,共治疗2疗程,随访3个月,观察紫癜、出血和血小板计数、证候评分以评价疗效。结果 32例中显效8例,良效14例,进步7例,无效3例,总有效率90.63%。血小板计数较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。96.88%患者中医证候改善,治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论滋阴和阳法可有效减少出血,提升血小板计数,改善临床症状,并具有较好的依从性和安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing and harmonizing Yin and Yang therapy on the treatment of glucocorticoid invalid idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods 32 cases of eligible idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients were selected in this research. Nourishing and harmonizing Yin and Yang therapy was applied in all cases. A course of treatment lasted 4 weeks. The efficacy was observed with 8 weeks and the follow- up time was 3 months. The evaluation of the therapy was given according to purpura,bleeding,platelet count and symptom scores before and after treatment. Results The result of observation showed 8 patients had complete response among 32 cases,14 cases got good effect,7 cases made progress and 3cases gave no response. The total effective rate was 90. 63% and platelet count raised markedly（ P〈0. 05）. 96. 88% patients got improvement of symptom score than before. No obvious adverse reactions were found during treatment. Conclusion Nourishing and harmonizing Yin and Yang therapy can reduce purpura and bleeding,improve platelet count and clinical symptoms effectively,while has good compliance and security.
