冷应激对虚寒证人群线粒体膜电位的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过研究冷应激即低温环境下对虚寒证人群线粒体呼吸链模块中线粒体膜电位功能的影响,从能量代谢角度探讨虚寒证的可能发生机制。方法先从学生中选出正常对照组及典型虚寒证组,再分别从二组中随机选出20例组成被试组,分别置于寒冷环境(约-4~5℃)30min和室温环境(23~25℃)20min,采集静脉血,用流式细胞仪检测其线粒体膜电位的含量。结果二组证型间线粒体膜电位的变化规律为正常对照组〉虚寒证组。与正常对照组相比,在低温条件下,虚寒证组膜电位差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在室温条件下,膜电位差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论冷应激状态下,虚寒证组线粒体膜电位变化较小,说明虚寒证组体内线粒体膜电位功能存在异常。这也可能是虚寒证人群畏寒的原因之一。 Objective to study cold stress by low temperature environment of deficiency cold syndrome crowd in mitochondrial membrane potential in the mitochondrial respiratory chain module,from the perspective of energy metabolism to explore possible mechanism of deficiency cold syndrome. Methods first is chosen from among students and typical deficiency cold syndrome group and normal control group respectively from two groups of randomly selected 20 cases were in group,respectively in a cold environment( about- 4 ℃ to 5 ℃) 30 minutes and room temperature environment( 23℃ to 25℃) for 20 minutes,venous blood was collected,using flow cytometry instrument to detect the contents of the mitochondrial membrane potential. Results two groups of syndromes between the changing rule of the mitochondrial membrane potential in normal control group 〉deficiency cold syndrome group. Compared with normal control group,under the condition of low temperature,cold syndrome group of membrane potential difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),while at room temperature,membrane potential difference has no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion cold stress condition,cold syndrome group of mitochondrial membrane potential change smaller,suggesting deficiency cold syndrome in mitochondrial membrane potential function is abnormal. It could also be one of the reasons for cold chills the crowd.
