摘要
中国制盐工业经过几十年的发展,已经进入了一个新的历史阶段,随着海、湖盐,特别是井矿盐先进技术的不断引进、消化、吸收、创新,很有必要对制盐技术进行一个总结和梳理,以提高认识、找出差距,为我国制盐企业技术提升指明方向,缩小并早日达到先进国家的技术水平。
After decades of development,Chinese salt industry has entered a new historical stage. With the introduction,digestion,absorption and innovation of the advanced technology of sea salt,lake salt,especially mineral salt,it is necessary to carry out a technical summary and comb for salt,which will raise awareness,identify gap,specify direction to enhance our salt business technology and narrow the technological level and the early attainment of advanced countries.
