摘要
对国内某石化企业用轴流段与离心段联合式压缩机实际运行需求与设计能力的差异进行分析,提出减小设计流量而不降低机组效率和做功能力的设计思路,并对其中离心段的设计思路进行了数值验证,验证结果表明该思路可以有效减小设计流量,同时机组效率和做功能力略有提升,满足企业实际需求。
The actual operation requirement and design ability of compound compressor, which con- sists of axial section and centrifugal section, were analyzed in one domestic petrochemical enterprise. The paper provided the design idea about how to reduce the compressor inlet flow rate while keeping the efficiency and power capability high. And then do some numerical verification on centrifugal seg- ment. Numerical analysis of validation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the design flow rate, and slightly improve the unit efficiency and power capability at the same time, satisfy the enterprise actual demand.
