Progress of Maritime Industrial Organization Study:A Review of International Literatures

摘要海洋问题的产业经济学研究在国际上有着较长的历史传统和丰富的文献基础。本文通过对1995～2006年期间海洋产业经济研究文献进行初步整理,从产业内部涉海企业间竞争、海洋产业组织行为、海洋产业结构调整、海洋港口空间组织及海洋产业规制与政策等方面,对国际海洋产业经济研究进行了初步综述,认为尽管存在一般产业组织理论研究与海洋经济实证研究的相对脱节,但是已经取得的成就对我国开展中国特色海洋产业经济研究具有重要的借鉴意义。 The perspective of industrial organization theory on maritime issues is supported by rich literatures over a long time.Based on the initial analyses of the journal-published and online-available research papers from 1995 to 2006,the author conducts a brief review in 5 parts of intra-industrial competition,industrial organizational behavior,maritime industrial structure, seaport (group) spatial organization,maritime industry regulation and policy.The results of the review show that although the maritime industrial organization study is far from matured at pres- ent,there are still much to be learned from by Chinese researchers in their way to do contribution to maritime industry studies with Chinese characteristics.
